A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The balance is payable 2 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellations made by attendees

The Crafty Makers can offer a full refund or change of date up to 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event. A 50% deposit can be offered for notice given 8-14 days’ notice. No refund can be issued with less than 7 days’ week’s notice.

Cancellations made by The Crafty Makers

The Crafty Makers reserves the right to cancel in any of the following circumstances:

  • Fewer than 4 attendees booked
  • The Crafty Makers tutor is ill
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Other extenuating circumstances

In those cases, cancellations will be made by email no less than 2 days before the event and a full refund will be given.


The Crafty Makers reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the materials provided versus those shown in the photographs on this website. While every effort has been made to ensure the photographs accurately reflect what you will make, on occasion, our suppliers are unable to fulfill an order and we are therefore obliged to source alternative materials. The Crafty Makers will always ensure that any replacement materials are of similar quality, size and shape to those shown and will contact you in advance if that is not possible.
